Be Defined proudly uses the USPS for all of our standard shipping. Additional shipping options are available per below. Please note that our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
USPS Standard First Class: 4-5 business days - $5 shipping
Shipping rates are for shipping within the continental US only. We will notify you the additional costs when shipping outside the continental US.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Be Defined purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for either an exchange or a credit to your credit card account. Items must be returned to Be Defined within 30 days of purchase in its original condition.
Please follow these simple steps:
1. Please e-mail us to notify us that a return or exchange is needed. We will provide you with a pdf shipping return label because you shouldn’t pay twice! Then, place your Be Defined product with packing slip and all tags into box or envelope within 30 days of receipt (you can use the original envelope or box!!)
2. Please circle the following reason code on the packing slip or enter your own.
3. Seal box/envelope and send it to: Be Defined Returns, Attn Jen Hirsch, 32 Catskill Ct, Belle Mead, NJ 08502
4. Returns will be processed within 7 – 14 days and we will notify you promptly that either your exchange has been shipped or your credit has been processed.
